The richer people do get the Child Support when they do not need it, and the poorest of the poor families are denied the Child Support cash when it does get paid.

The system is not supporting children and it is really just an attack against parents and parenting which is a violation by gov.

In poorer families then "Child Support" (the support of children) is to be a part of Welfare and of Public Assistance.

The USA might think we invented Welfare and Public Assistance but that is not correct.

The old Roman Empire had Public Assistance programs, American Indians had their own ways of proving assistance to their own poor and needy citizens, there are historical text in the Bible written near 3,000 years ago requiring the Public Assistance for the poor and needy people, even savage tribes on isolated islands helped their poor and needy neighbors, and there is no known exception all through humanity where the village did not help to raise their local children.

The new invention which the USA can take claim for is the new invention of attacking the parents and degrading the parents and calling that ignorance as a way of supporting the children, which is what the evil Child Support and Custody laws do.

The laws have turned parenting into a crime, and turned parents into criminals, and as such those laws are inhuman and barbaric.
