How would one know when JP Cusick is being honest, provocative, disingenuous, or just a plain general nuisance? www.politicalforum.com/political-opinions-beliefs/197694-freeing-north-korea-even-possible-7.html#post4208248No, you do not have such a right. The freedom of speech does not give you the right to be such a jerk. What it means is that you are abusing the freedom given. And surely my correct speaking does not justify your blabber. No. You can not now claim to be facetious as if you joking or whatever so to slide out of your words as like some little slimy rodent. I say what I mean and I mean what I say and as such I stand behind my words, so you could learn from that.

It is not necessary to know if I am being any of those things. I am always honest even when being provocative, disingenuous, or just a plain general nuisance. How are we to tell when you or anyone else is being such ways? - it does not make any difference.

Should we just expect potential politicians to be disingenuous at various times because that is how politicians naturally act? It seems to me that any person can be honest at any time, but many people do not even try, as many people just speak without any regard to the integrity of their words - IMO. As such being disingenuous is often used for dishonesty, and my only position is that I try very hard to be honest in everything that I say, so I myself can be honest while being disingenuous but I do not say that other people are as I am. It is true that many politicians are disingenuous as a way of being dishonest and misleading but I do not believe that I would fit into their category. Being disingenuous is significantly different than dishonesty mainly because being disingenuous is most usually being dishonest to one-self. Other people can usually see right through the disingenuous pretense with ease.

Are you planning any further runs for office? I think being disingenuous is something like giving the wrong impression. What you say might be honest, but you allow someone to think you are meaning something different.

I do not like being disingenuous as I see it like sarcasm which is not a healthy way to communicate. The thing is that other people bring each other down and sometimes I get drawn down too. Are you planning any further runs for office? I am considering some new activity which could be a run for office or maybe not, and it is just too soon for me to tell. If I do then I will start a new thread giving all the details - but not yet. This forum provider ProBoards had a big make-over recently which screwed up some things, as like the email notifications will not start again until after we post in the thread again, and it is more complicated to edit a posting before posting it (have to click the BBCode). By the end of next week I will know whether I will start up a new project or not - but I am hoping so.

Are you planning any further runs for office? Well I had thought about it - but now it is not going to happen. So too this forum will go back into oblivion.
