The recently past federal debt deal ending August 2, 2011, link HERE, and there is one aspect which no one mentions and perhaps few Americans see - so here it is.
The Tea Party forced the debate into the public awareness and kept it dramatized up to the last minute and resulted in a dysfunctional deal.
The missing part of this equation is that this childish and immature display within our Congress showed the entire world that our USA is on the brink of ruin and it gave a realistic hope that the USA will fall.
It is ironic that the "Tea Party" claims to be so patriotic and so selfishly American while in this their political antics they have done huge damage to the USA, and they are too selfishly blind to know it.
Of course other Parties get blame and the President was made to look weak and vulnerable too, and yes the entire world witnessed the folly and saw our limitation.
