I just want to declare before it is done that I hope and pray that Dr Conrad Murray is acquitted / found as not guilty for the accidental death of Michael Jackson.
It might seem insincere for me to declare this after the case is decided so I say it now.
And it is NOT that I dislike Michael Jackson as I see MJ as more than just the King of Pop, as I see him as a worthy role model for many people (not for everyone), and I have watched his after death "This is it" movie over and over again repeatedly and it does show MJ as very healthy and talented and no lip sync either.
It is very possible and probable that MJ saw Dr Murray as a close personal friend since the Doctor was staying long times in the home with MJ along with his 3 children, so if MJ could speak from the grave then MJ would likely be siding with his Dr friend as being an innocent man.
Now the whole world knows about the dangers of a private Doctor and of the drug "proposal" so we do not need the lynch-mob attaching their self righteousness against the Dr Murray as he knows himself what went wrong and he will forever live with his own regrets.
I say - not guilty.

I don't follow celebrity trials or watch Nancy Grace, but I do like the old Perry Mason shows. What is he being tried for? Negligence? Murder? Is it a civil court like the one OJ was found guilty in after he was found not guilty in the first trial? From the little I have seen, it looked like an accidental overdose and that his family wants him convicted or thinks it was some sort of conspiracy. Maybe he is guilty of negligence, but certainly not murder. But I don't really know the latest news about this. And I think David Jannsen was innocent and I was so glad that he finally caught up with the one armed man. But what I want to know is, who REALLY killed Laura Palmer?

Oh, I'm sure that the doctor did not intend for Michael Jackson to die that night, but his actions certainly cause me to question his professional judgment. The drug which was used is not prescribed as a sleep aid. So why was THIS doctor using it as a sleep aid? Normally, when this drug is used for its intended purposes, there is hospital equipment in place to be used in case of difficulties. Why was that equipment not present the night Michael was using the drug? Why was there such a delay in contacting emergency help? Why was the specific drug not immediately reported when help did arrive? In my opinion, the death was certainly due to the doctor's negligence.

I see MJ's death as an accident and just an accident.
The Doctor Murray was being paid some $1.8M per year plus luxurious perks, so to claim this accidental death as being some form of crime is just unacceptable to me.

That wacko Doctor is going to get nailed. You cant give propofol outside of a hospital.

Negligence would be a crime even if the doctor was stupid enough to be negligent with a person who was paying him 1.8 million a year.

It was propofol and not a proposal.
See the Doctor death's guilty of murdering Michael Jackson and you're wrong. Dr Murray is not a "Doctor death" and he is NOT convicted of "murder" as it is only an "involuntary manslaughter" and it was an accidental death of Michael Jackson. What I object to about that verdict is it ignores the obvious reality that MJ was the boss-man and Dr Murray was his employee subordinate. In most cases of Doctor and patient then the Doctor is in a higher commanding position of authority over every patient but NOT in this case. When such a huge rich and famous super star like MJ along with a billion dollar production Company tells a small time Doctor who is being paid a large salary to dish out the propofol then such an employee is put into that very compromising position to be expected to tell "no" to such a boss by such an employee. And they call this a "felony" conviction which is another injustice done to Dr Murray, and then remanded to jail as if the Doctor were a dangerous murderer which is NOT what the verdict declares. We all can see in the MJ movie " This is it" which demonstrates that MJ was very much in control as MJ gave out orders to make every aspect of his concert perfect just the way he wanted it. He gave out instructions to each of the singers and to the band members and orders to the dancers and to the stage workers, so we know that MJ was a nice and respected boss but still he was very much the boss in everything he did, including that MJ wanted his "milk" as he called the propofol, and MJ did get everything he wanted, and other Doctors probably did tell MJ "no" to the propofol so MJ found one that would do as he was told to do. It is important to add that Michael Jackson was not asking for narcotics as MJ was sick and suffering from a real medical condition where he needed to get sleep, and the Dr Murray was simply trying to treat the patient for his medical condition.
